Long time customer (since 2000?) with multiple cars. Have always been happy with quality of mechanical service and honesty of dealings, but sorely missed the excellent customer service and genuine warmth of the front office when Mark left some years back. Despite the abrasiveness of his replacement, we remained customers due to convenience and knowing that the technical crew was still the same. Now, I am thrilled to report a recent change of regime. James, the new manager is a breath of fresh air. Super friendly, well organized, and obviously customer-focused. Makes taking the car in for servicing so much more pleasant.

Went here for an oil change and had a great experience. James in particular has absolutely outstanding customer service! It took the agreed upon time and for the agreed upon price. I’ll definitely be coming back.

After my original post, I have since had my vehicle serviced and I still highly recommend James and his co workers. High quality work. Competetive pricing and he's such a dang nice guy how could you not like him? I wanted to get a couple other services done but he recommended against wasting my money. I will be back and you should check them out! Thanks guys Full Disclosure: I have not used 10th Street Automotive, yet. However the customer service from James was exceptional when I called. He was very funny, nice and straight forward with pricing. And his pricing was very competitive. I recently moved to the area and I will be using them in the future and hope you will too. This shop is under new management! Like some others, I have struggled with 10th Street Auto. It is easy--VERY close for me. But there have been times in the past where I felt like the owner wasn't as attentive as he could be (charged me $8 for washer fluid, over filled my tires and then asked me what the problem was), so I would only take my car there for an oil change. Called this week and a new guy answered the phone! Very friendly, flexible, and kind. Turns out they have a new owner who bought out the business. Many of the mechanics are still the same, but the ownership/leadership will hopefully be more more understanding, flexible, and communicative for those who have struggled with this under the old management. Would encourage you to give this place another try if you were turned off by the previous management style!
